This policy covers how orvioteam.com is advertised by email, and what we commit to when
we contact someone who has not asked to hear from us.
What we never do
We do not buy, rent, or trade email lists.
We do not harvest addresses from websites or social profiles by automated scraping.
We do not use affiliates, resellers, or any third party to send email on our behalf.
Nobody else is authorised to advertise this website by email.
We do not conceal who is writing. Every message carries a real name, a working reply
address, and the company it comes from.
We do not use false or misleading subject lines or headers.
Business email that has not been requested
We do send business-to-business email to people we have not spoken to before. We research
each recipient individually and write to them personally. It is not sent in bulk to a
bought list, and it is not automated beyond scheduling.
Where the law requires prior consent, we do not send without it. In the United Kingdom
that includes sole traders and unincorporated partnerships, who are individual
subscribers under PECR, and any address that belongs to a person rather than a business.
Stopping
One reply asking us to stop is enough. It takes effect immediately and it is
permanent.
We do not send a confirmation, a final message, or a follow-up of any kind after a
request to stop.
An out-of-office or automatic reply ends the sequence too. We do not treat it as
interest and we do not resume.
We do not write to shared or role addresses such as info@ or hello@ once we know that
is what they are.
Complaints
If you believe you received email from us that breaks this policy, write to
contact@orvioteam.com. We answer, we say what
happened, and we remove the address.
